IsoSeq support for FLAG

Hi,
I would like to find out if the FLAG pipeline supports IsoSeq data for annotation, and if it does, how does one incorporate this?
..and if not, is there a plan in the future to add support for this?

Currently IsoSeq is not supported. We tried it once and the results weren't ideal as some genes were filtered out. It is a known thing people want though and planned for the future but no timeline yet on when it will be added. If you know of any good public datasets to test on for annotation with IsoSeq that could be useful.
