Actions

• Soft-ask 3–5 well-known Lean community members to be inaugural curators (anchors credibility). Do this in late May, before public curator apps open 2026-06-01.
• Announcement posts:
  • Lean Zulip (#general, #new members).
  • Bluesky / Twitter.
  • LessWrong.
  • r/ProgrammingLanguages.
• Maintain a changelog on `/` or `/news` so returning visitors see motion.
• Schedule batched announcements at: curator-apps-open, submissions-open, decisions-sent, schedule-published, T-7.

Dependencies

• Conference date locked (Lock conference date (target 2026-10-17, Q3/Q4 window) #6).
• `/register` live (Build /register + Stripe Checkout + webhook #4) before the big pushes.
