Description

Two static content pages from PLAYBOOK.md §1, §10. CoC is not getting its own route — inline it where consent is collected.

/faq

• Code of Conduct (full text inline, anchor link #coc). Adapt Berlin CoC or Recurse Center CoC.
• Refund policy (≥7 days pre-event: full; after: none).
• Accessibility (captions via Whisper post-event, quiet-room channel).
• Recording policy (public by default, opt-out on submit).
• Canonical timezone.
• Contact email for CoC reports: coc@<domain> (not Quinn's personal).

/tracks

• Expand the five track descriptions from CLAUDE.md / content.mdx into a standalone page with a section per track.

CoC acknowledgement

• Checkbox on /submit, /curate, /register links to /faq#coc.
• Pin the same anchor link in Discord #coc-reports.

Dependencies

• Domain + email set up (Domain, email DNS, and Resend transactional setup #12) before coc@... works.
