Selecting an emoji doesn't close the emoji picker

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the emoji picker
2. Tap on any emoji

Expected behaviour

The picker should close like it does on desktop/pwa

Actual behaviour

The picker stays open. It's hard to know if it even inserted an emote into the chat input because there's no feedback. Perhaps some haptic feedback might be nice too
