Automatically run apiDoc before running apidoc2ts

Issue description

For some users (usually small teams) the ability to run apiDoc automatically can be really useful, cause it reduces amount of steps that need to be done and automatically syncs the last apiDoc with source code.

Solution

Add a boolean input flag and run apiDoc if it was specified. Probably add a way to pass the parameters to apiDoc.
