Support loading SFZ #199

Description

@SamWindell

Being able to seamlessly load SFZ instruments would instantly allow 1000s of existing SFZ instruments to be used in Floe: either by themselves and using Floe's sound-shaping controls, or as layers with users existing libraries.

SFZ libraries might come from places such as Decent Samples, Soundiron, Pianobook, sfzinstruments.github.io, countless freebies across the web, Karoryfer Samples, and probably other places I don't know about.

There's quite a bit of discussion of this on this forum thread: https://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=617500

Some unknowns:

  • What feature set of SFZ would we need to support in order to effectively load the majority of existing libraries?
  • How much of our existing package installation & library folder systems can be reused?
  • It's possible supporting SFZ will reveal gaps in our sample-library handling - not a bad thing though
  • As I understand it, SFZ are instruments that are not part of a 'library'. Would we need to create a pseudo 'library' to contain all SFZ?
