Reth is maintaining https://github.com/paradigmxyz/reth/tree/fusaka-devnet-2 branch to track the fusaka changes for devnet.
rbuilder is currently using fusaka/devnet-2 branch which is outdated compared to the fusaka-devnet-2 branch.
