Capture Strategic Initiatives in this Repo

As the SIs are part of the core responsibilities of the TOC to oversee, we should capture those in this repository.

TODO

• Get a list of active strategic initiatives
• Create a standardized format for documenting the SIs
• Add a file to this repo for each SI
• Identify a TOC liaison for each SI

• Should we also do this for SDFs?

SDF are effectively Strategic Initiatives with Funding. So yes, SDFs will be documented as well.

Re documenting I would keep it simple and have a table (akin to the one presented at the GB) for SIs, see example below (let me know if you want a PR):

I think this issue (or a separate one) should encompass actually identifying TOC liaisons and then they start joining the Exec Sponsors meetings FINOS SI managers generally organize monthly (cc @jgavronsky).

@eddie-knight I trust you have downloaded to the TOC high level input and direction that was shared with the GB last Monday.

@finos/toc please see email I just looped you in on toc-private@ with the goal of having the TOC actively recommend in the selection of the strategic initiative as well as put individuals forward as liaison between now and Jan 21st when our next GB meeting happens.
