symlink instead of file

Hi

We are interested in adding UPD analysis on top of our trio-exome analysis. UPDio looks very promising. I have tried to get UPDio version 1.0 up and running. It seems to work on the sample-data, however, no png-file is created. The plot_zygosity_and_events.R file seems to be a symlink instead of a true file. I stole the file from 0.9 version, and everything seems to work. Do you have a now version of that file or is the 0.9 version the same?

Yes, I noticed the same :-) still no file

@findingdan I noticed the same. It seems like this commit intended to add a new file and a symlink: da4af7f instead, the new file is not commited and the old file is deleted.

There is apparently some script fix here https://github.com/kyauy/UPDio. They used UPDio in a nature paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41436-019-0704-x/ .
