ADD multiple commands option to podtracer by using a yaml file

For troubleshooting purposes one might need to run multiple commands to understand the state of a pod in the low level layers of the system. It would be cool to allow the goroutines running the commands to multiply themselves to

• run different commands
• and yet against a list of pods
• pod name patterns
• and/or filtered by user specified labels
