Report progress when run from CLI

It's difficult to know and anticipate how long a backup/restore will take. A progress indicator of some sort would be great.

• Progress of backup download
• Progress of backup move
• Progress of backup decompress (xtrabackup feature)
• Progress of backup prepare (xtrabackup feature)
• Progress of backup create (xtrabackup feature)

Regarding Progress of backup prepare and Progress of backup create maybe there is something in the stdout that can be used?

When no adequate progress can be deduced we should just show a status of how much data has been generated. Should work great for decompress and create. prepare can probably use output somehow from xtrabackup.

One idea I had was to check the current log sequence number in MySQL and then match that to the output of prepare and create. That should probably work great. If a bit complicated to implement.
