Can't add MCP servers

This morning, I suddenly had a problem: Director is stuck and cannot add MCP servers, either manually or from Registries.

When trying to add an MCP server, Director gets stuck in MCP Registries with the error message:
"Something went wrong.
Please try again"

Any idea how to solve this? It's blocking several of my main workflows...
