How to run PaRMAT in windows

I am new to programming but i had downloaded all the files but do not know how to use them in windows to generate the RMAT graph. Please suggest me the how to run PaRMAT in windows

For using PaRMAT in Windows OS, You will have to compile the repository files using a C++ compiler for windows (e.g. Visual Studio C++ compiler) to get the executable. You might find posts like this helpful.
