Docker / build (push) workflow failing

Hi, I noticed that the Docker build and push job appears to be failing. Unfortunately, I’m not sure why it’s happening and don't think I can investigate further since the workflow seems to only run on merges to master. Wasn't sure if this is the best way to do it but I just I wanted to raise awareness about the issue and am happy to help where I can—please let me know if additional context or testing would be helpful

Bumping this @jkarneges . Is there any way we can get a docker image using the updated dockerfile released either manually or via the action?

It gets stuck during the arm build. Feels like a memory issue but haven't dug deep yet. We are planning for a new Pushpin release in the next couple of weeks, and Docker builds are a part of our standard release process, so hopefully we'll get this fixed at that point.

#23 and #22 have returned docker builds to a working state! Should also be faster.
