I have found this JSON which lists the markdowns in case it's of use to build on your existing list: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/markdown-it/markdown-it-emoji/master/lib/data/full.json
But I know this doesn't have the actual word (i.e. peace) so no doubt doesn't help so feel free to close this and ignore!
