Design sprint #1

Description

@isnotafunction

Notes:
User 1

  • "What does it want me to do?"
  • "Is it trying to give me information? I feel it's difficult to navigate" (observed: finds all sections easily)
  • Liked the stories section, a user could relate to that
  • "Getting info quickly is a problem, I may as well call the doctor instead"

User 2:

  • Peaceful, friendly design
  • "Are these examples for me to learn about other people?"
  • "Information is really sciency - a lot of jargon"
  • myths section: clicking on the text below myths, expects the bottom text to change; suggests all myths to be on one page instead of flipping as they are just one sentence each;
  • "Professional looking"

User3:

  • "Nice landing page" (clicks but wasn't sure what to click)

  • intro page - needs intro to the topic (what the app is about) before that text

  • buttons on home page intuitive

  • stories: after clicking on "how Daniel copes" didn't expect to see "physical" and some theoretical points, expected to see more about his story; Not intuitive to click on "physical" or any of the cards to read more (!)

  • "Nice colour coding"

  • Some of the text too hard to read

  • myths - the swiping is not clear on this page as is on others

  • about us - a lot of text, small font

  • the style of menu needs improvement, looks like a hamburger menu but it's not

  • the app has a consistent feel, pleasurable experience

  • re-design based on user testing
