Missing docker files

Hi,

I tried to build the 411 service using docker-compose, but it seems there are some files missing from the repository.

Step 24/43 : RUN cp /app/docker/supervisord.conf /data/supervisord.conf
---> Running in 4dea8be36d80
cp: cannot stat '/app/docker/supervisord.conf': No such file or directory
ERROR: Service 'fouroneone' failed to build: The command '/bin/sh -c cp /app/docker/supervisord.conf /data/supervisord.conf' returned a non-zero code: 1

Can I use files from the https://github.com/kiwiz/411-docker repository or are they deprecated?
