The options for room header bar should belong to "Navigation"?

Bug summary

Currently the options for "Room header bar" exists in "Timeline" settings, but I guess it should belong to "Navigation", presumably next to (under) "Tab bar settings".

Otherwise, it should be sensible to include the room header bar in the "Timeline preview" under the "Presentation" section.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open "Timeline" settings

Expected behavior

The "Room header bar" section should exist on the "Navigation" category instead, where the settings for other bars such as the tab bar exist.

Actual behavior

The settings for the room header bar exists in the "Timeline" settings category, which seems out of place.

If you think of this as navigation, that's true.

But the room header bar is actually the chat page's (the timeline's) top bar. It's a decorative element with some actions related to the room whose timeline is being displayed right now. As such, its settings are on the Timeline page, near all other settings that affect only the timeline (chat) page.

Settings -> Navigation is about top-level navigation visible at all times (communities sidebar & room list and tab bar). Yes, the tab bar is on the main pane, but is typically visible even when no room is open.

Still, one may look think of the room header bar as navigation of sorts and look for it in Settings -> Navigation.

The original reporter (@Kommynct) certainly called the room header bar a a "top bar", so I don't know if they consider it navigation or not.

I think navigation is a bit better timeline is a bit overloaded as it is but also I don't think it matters much not at my computer atm but you have to scroll far on that screen if I remember correctly

If the room header bar indeed belongs to the "Timeline" settings category, then the timeline preview should include it. Currently it does not, which makes the setting for the room header bar look out of place.

On including the room header bar in the Timeline preview: I've considered this, but adapting the header to render meaningfully inside the preview is a fair amount of work, eats vertical space, and the only thing it would actually preview today is the Adaptive / Never toggle.
