REACH Annex XVII, Restriction 78 (on microplastics) requires in section 7 that the quantity of microparticles is provided. Examples show this:
- Some SDS authors add a table of ingredients which fulfil the microplastics (SPM) definition, including their concentration. Reasoning: Adding this to section 3 is overloading this section.
- Others see this as additional labelling information in section 2.
- And of course there is the option to add this information in section 3, table of ingredients.
