Docs Site - Page Grouping / Sub-Sections

@mpge The navbar on the docs site is getting quite large. Perhaps we can group things together to make navigation a bit easier?

Also for me, the docs page renders as a large singular page, with the navbar resting at the top so if someone is reading a later section (such as Single Sign-On), they would have to scroll up across almost all of the content to select another section.

I was going to attempt a PR for this, but the main website does not appear to have a public repo.
