[Info] Public Suffix API available

More of an info than a bug: we will get an official API for PSL in FF 153 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1315558 (could replace https://github.com/erosman/psl) ;)

The request for PSL API has been outstanding for many years.
The API is only available to the browser, and not the userscripts.
Userscripts can still import https://github.com/erosman/psl

If there is a popular demand, a GM API can be made available for the publicSuffix API.
