Expanded OS support

Hi,

Having used Performance Studio and following the SQL Server Performance Engineering course, I wanted to see what information I could get out of Performance Monitor. Alas it seems there's only support for Windows, not Linux or macOS.

I perfectly understand the reasoning behind it: most will run it on-premiaw, and those are more than likely to be Windows shops. In our case, we're running Azure SQL Database (for shame!) and having to use Linux jump hosts to actually connect to the database because of private networks (such fun).

Anyway, if there are any plans at any time to include other OS'es, that'd be fantastic, but I more than understand that might not be worth the effort.
