The IOC throws the following error during MCS acquisition.

The MEDM below shows the parameters I'm using:
where TMR0 is fed into CLKI.
TMR3 is connected to CTR0-3's inputs (C0IN,C1IN,C2IN,C3IN).
Note: I'm running the IOC on a windows machine. (Windows 10).
