Disable Keyboad Shortcuts

Since your request is two (disable shortcuts and bitrate column) I have created 
a second feature request (issue #382) for the bitrate column, this issue is now 
only about keyboard shortcuts.

I am working on implementing this and I had a little thought. My plan is to add 
small checkboxes on each row (for each shortcut, just like the "global" 
checkbox for media shortcuts). I can either make these checkboxes tied to the 
profile, so that when you change profile it will change which shortcuts are 
enabled and disabled, or make it global which means that the same shortcuts are 
enabled/disabled no matter which profile you change to.

What direction should we go in? I am leaning toward the latter.
