Enhance README with Status Badges and Roadmap

Add Project Badges and Roadmap to README

The README.md should instantly communicate the project status and future goals to new visitors.

Tasks

• Add badges at the top of README.md for:
  • License (linking to the new LICENSE file).
  • CI Status (linking to the GitHub Actions tab).
• Add a "Roadmap" section to README.md detailing future plans, such as:
  • Hugging Face Hub integration.
  • Exporting models to ONNX.
  • Supporting additional datasets beyond Wayve101 and CO3D.
