Implement datepicker functionality

• The heatmap view, report time and frame list should update accordingly
• Possibly the heatmap should also fluidly change 'domain' depending on the range, i.e.:
  • If a range of one week is selected: zoom in to show individual hour ranges per day
  • If multiple year range is selected: show multiple heatmap rows, one per year
