Bosch warranty #2964

I'd like to ask Bosch about this project and this prebuilt device https://bbqkees-electronics.nl/product/gateway-e32-v2-ethernet-wifi-edition-v2-kit/ Can I freely ask Bosch about that, or is there a risk that they'd shut this project down? |

Bosch - or better: I´m speaking about Buderus in my case - is well aware about the bbqkees electronics. It is part of their market observation. |

I definitely won't lease it. |

Bosch service technician was here for the maintenance; the EMS-ESP was plugged in. He used his service device without unplugging mine and said that he sees these gadgets quite often, that it is no problem and they do not even need to be unplugged. The service visit was carried out under warranty without any issues. |

Now I can confirm, that Bosch doesn't have problem with that. I asked one technician and he consulted with Bosch. |

They will not be able to shut down this project. What should be their leverage for it? You own (I think you will not lease it?) the equipment and you can do what you want with it.
Maybe they could reject warranty if you connect the bbqkees electronics to the EMS bus.
I would be interested in their answer.
