Sequence Diagrams inconsistancy with deletions

On page 3, only :GenerateIdeaCommand has a deletion, but none of the others do.

On page 6, none of them have deletions.

Agree with the inconsistency! But the other sequence diagrams did not have the deletion icon because we thought it was not a necessity for sequence diagrams as inferred from the textbook.
