Rename batch to iterations to avoid the confusion

Epoch: 0, Batch: 950, loss: 0.0563023

The output batch 950 is a little confused since the input tensor also have batch property.

I can see why Batch can be confusing. I don't have a solution in itself to offer, but I wanted to point out that "Iteration" would be confusing because just that name wouldn't be really clear whether it's the global iteration number or intra-epoch iteration number.

Maybe "Epoch Iteration" could be one.

I thought by default iterations belong each epoch which specified in loop.run. A epoch is the full training data loop. Iterations are real steps which training parameters got updated within the epoch.

With epoch information, iterations are not confused.
Epoch: 0, Iteration: 1000, loss: 0.0563023
Epoch: 1, Iteration: 1000, loss: 0.0563023
