[Question] Error: Not authorized

When using the "users" mode, I'm getting this error, apparently when fetching some user's friends:

failed at api: #3
...but it failed. Error: Not authorized.

I couldn't find here or in the "twitter" repository what this "Not authorized" error means. Could you help me?

you will probably provide an alternative auth method like this:
python fetch_data.py users some_twitter_handle --auth oauth2-bearer
