Connection issue on local hosted synaptic

Steps to reproduce

1. Run a homeserver, and assign it both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses.
2. Have your local DNS resolver respond these addresses to local clients.
3. Connect your Element X 26.06.4 to the same network as your homeserver

Outcome

After I upgraded Element X from 26.06.2 to 26.06.4 I begun experiencing 30 seconds timeouts when connecting to my Homeserver hosted on the same LAN and the Wifi my phone connects to. According to the Element X logs its HTTPS requests to my Synapse server times out.

My homeserver has both an IPv4 and IPv6 address (ULA), and a my local unbound DNS resolver responds with these local IPs when local clients queries.

Accessing the homeserver using a laptop on the same Wifi works as intended, both with curl, and an ordinary Element Web client.

Element X 26.06.4 does connect correctly both over IpV4 and IPv6 when disconnecting from Wifi and using LTE.

When downgrading to 26.06.2, the problem disappears.
