Allow media to be downloaded / shared directly from the timeline without having to open it.

Why would you like to do it?

• Avoid having to load media or having it in full screen before I can share/download it.
• Easier to use bottom sheet buttons compared to those at the top of the screen.

How would you like to achieve it?

Add download and share options to the message bottom sheet.
