Add "Translate" menu item to messages on Mac

What would you like to do?

I want to add a "Translate" menu to messages in macOS Desktop App.

Why would you like to do it?

I work in a multilingual company, I often need to copy and translate message, I once created an issue before the migration, back then I couldn't think of a way to achieve that with Electro app. But now things have changed. I also added the Translate menu to the iOS app with this pr.

How would you like to achieve it?

I drafted a pull request to do this.

Have you considered any alternatives?

Copy and paste manually.

Additional context

As mentioned in the draft pr, the solution is inspired by another open source project, i couldn't be sure whether it violates the license.
