I'm uncertain why the module is checking what appears to be a binary file as implied by the error message it's claiming this dll is a "non-binary" file?

Microsoft.AspNetCore.Antiforgery.dll: PE32+ executable (DLL) (console) Mono/.Net assembly.

I no longer need help with this as i have worked around this particular issue and i now have a successfully built universal electron/blazor app which is signed for the app store
