[BUG] Error when running CLI with -W option on MacOS

Describe the bug
Error executing spawn dev run command passing -W option to monitor .proto files

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Execute: spawn dev run -p ./protos -s spawn-system -W on MacOS

Expected behavior
Run without errors.

Additional context
Apparently the error is due to the lack of the mac_listener application on my system.
