Better Example Documentation

We need to improve the example docs. They are spread out and specific to a few use cases. We also need to explain the Interlock Data override labels as well.

I would love more documentation, I'm using the source which is fun but time consuming. Is there any appropriate forum for questions?

I am working on a docs PR to add an entire site for interlock. This will give much better documentation and usage examples.

@ehazlett any news on better documentation, really hard for a starters like me to start anything
i have to pick bits and pieces to understand what's going on
currently i realized how to deploy a HTTP app with interlock but unable to understand how to add SSL to my own app via interlock
i would love <3 a documentation :)
