Windows build instructions are incomplete — missing cmake commands and outdated VS version reference

The Windows build section reads:

"x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS2019 cmake for windows will create a solution (audiomark.sln) file..."

VS2019 is outdated (VS2022 is current).

No cmake commands are shown for Windows (unlike the Linux/macOS section which shows the exact steps).

The PORT_DIR flag for the ARM port doesn't apply directly to Windows builds, but no alternative is mentioned.

Thanks for reporting the issue. This overlaps with #78
Vinayak (@yoursanonymous) mentioned that he will look into preparing some suggestions. Maybe this can be combined into one PR?
