Expand the genai-style microbenchmark set, potentially driven by what kernel providers (Quack/FlashInfer/etc.) implement — i.e. add microbenchmarks for the kernels those libraries target, so we have head-to-head reference coverage. Complements the kernel-provider expansion issue.
