How do I run the exe file

I don't know which file it is, nor how to run it. What sort of application do I open it with? Did I for some reason not get it when I unzipped? These are the files I have:

I have same problem. Downloaded the folder but there is no .exe file so can't activate it.. I wonder what is going on..?
