Please provide some way to install ego-go on Arch

Use case

The build instructions on the README only state how to install via Snap or via .deb. Even the Docker building instructions generate a .deb. For development purposes not everyone uses Ubuntu.

Describe your solution

For Arch, provide ego-go in the AUR. Another option would be to provide precompiled static binary releases.

Hi, EGo is based on Open Enclave and that only supports Ubuntu.
