actionpanel用esui的方法监听不到事件

上面的这个方法在普获到actionpanel里面的事件的时候会fire出来，但是在view中通的actionpanel的ID去绑定fire的事件却不能正常捕获，发现直接在上面函数中fire(event.type)是可以成功的，但是本身却不能正常捕获到事件。

事件我是在data-ui-url这个页面里面的action派发出来的

内部的子action是在action上fire checked事件的么，在view上fire是没有用的

是从view派发给action，action用on的方法捕获之后再fire出来的，所以方法还是从action中fire的

            if (e.type === 'checked') {
                this.fire('checked');
                return;
            }
            this.fire(event);
        }

actionpanel里面的delegateActionEvent改成上面的这样子'group:action@checked': checked这个是能正常执行的

我刚用最简化的方式试了一下似乎没有问题，看上去需要更完整的代码才能确定问题所在

有可能是依赖的问题吗？我发现不能捕获的时候打印出来的event没有target。
