Deprecated Library in the tycho template

Hi, the library inside the Tycho example is deprecated. The resulting war file cannot be used (EntryPoint does not get registered.) The Library must be updated, I use org.eclipse.equinox.servletbridge-1.3.200 and it works

updated servletbridge JAR to 1.3.200 that contains the now required JAR. Until It is merged, anyone who wants to use this template can get the jar from maven or my fork.
