Transitive dependencies on package provided by org.eclipse.orbit.xml-apis-ext are problematic

The platform has removed org.eclipse.orbit.xml-apis-ext because it has no dependency on that, nor on batik in general. But it is in the only project that provides that bundle, so when the Platform contributes 4.41, a large set of contributions fail to aggregate. I stopped tracking what all needed to be disabled, because it's a growing list. At least these:

Kind of makes me wonder if that's why WTP's web services build suddenly started working again. It was getting duplicate QName types.

With the Platform's dependencies in 4.41 removed, these directly have dependencies:

Transitively also Graphiti, Sirius , GMF runtime have batik dependencies with dependencies on this...

If you include batik in your p2 repository you should include org.eclipse.orbit.xml-apis-ext as well.

It look like these projects are the providers of batik, though not the only dependencies:
