Request for alignment / sync related development process / releasemanagement process

Hi everybody

we are Tractus-X and Eclipse Project (Github -> website) ... currently we are not that happy with our development and release process and we are looking for some other bigger projects to align sync exchange experiences.

Would it be possible to schedule a meetig to talk about your process? How do you plan? How do you release? aso?
