Issue log from runtime

Hi team,

As the user of digital.auto ecosystem, I need to work with runtime and the simulation on dashboard. However, when something goes wrong. I see a very concise message like "Databroker is not running" without further detail what wrong behind or what make the databroker no longer running. If possible, please log much detail as possible.
