Add support for inferring an element´s name from it´s actual file-name

As a HA-admin, I do not want to need to specify a config-elements specialized name within the actual yaml-file, as I prefer to manage the names via file-names, to reduce the amount of redundancy in my setup and/or pull/modify/push-flow.
