[Feature] Hit points

Absolutely loving the plugin to save me from using Sibelius for school!

It would be a great addition if hit points were added to VLC Sync in the style of Sibelius' current hit point system. Also if lowest denomination of time could be frames would be perfect. :)

Hit point text in Muse Score would really just be system text (Shift + Ctrl/Cmd + T) with a user-defined style.

Not sure what you mean by lowest denomination of time. You can type whatever you want in the system text box. The offset time setting in vlcSyncMicro is meant to adjust for latency when MuseScore sends the VLC web interface play/stop/seek commands. (It can also be used to sync the beginning of the score with a time further in the video. For example, the beginning of the score could sync to a particular scene in the video.)

MuseScore's plugin api is a moving target with v4.7 and 5.0 on the horizon, so I don't plan on revisiting this project until it stabilizes. Until then, perhaps Timecode Display and VidPlayVST may be helpful.
