Purpose: As a Deployment Admin, Organization Admin, or Configuration User who is attempting to save edits to a record that another user has concurrently modified, I need the UI to show me an error about the editing conflict and the options I have (an error along the lines of: you are trying to overwrite an updated record, please review the diff and try saving again / or please reload and try again later) [concurrent/conflicting modification handling]

Gap Analysis: Currently, unintended overwrites can occur when multiple users are editing a single record at the same time and attempt to save their edits in quick succession.
