sphinx issues

There is the next error with sphinx in the rdkitascec branch:

Conflicts with sphinx fixed

Sphinx had problems with the docstring under class line in molecule.py and cluster.py, then this information was moved to other place of molecule.py (under check_av_atom... method) and cluster.py (under init method)

There is any conflict with flake8, according to GitHub's Action:
