Add debug feature

Add debug feature that, when enabled, will add detailed logging that a user could upload to an issue for troubleshooting.

Include a check for the PHP zip extension: if (!extension_loaded('zip'))

Don't need the zip extension check because I'm downloading the PHP file directly, not a zip that needs to be unzipped.

Considering this may not actually be needed at all, and even if it does, it certainly doesn't need to be in v1.0.0. Moving this out of the project.
